High-Strength Low-Alloy Steel
Medium-high strength steel galvanized for structural and some crash applications

Download Corus H 300 LAD data file

Corus H 300 LAD, Thickness range: 0.50-2.00 mm
Download Corus H 340 LAD data fileCorus H 340 LAD, Thickness range: 0.60-2.00 mm

Bake-Hardenable Steel
Galvanized steel exploiting the bake-hardenability (around 40MPa) during the paint bake cycle.  Very suitable in A-class finish form for application on outer panels for superb dent resistance.

Interstitial Free (YD or IF) Steel
Medium strength galvanized steel with good formability for general applications within the body structure or for exterior panels with A class finish.

Steel for Forming (galvanized)
DX grades are low-strength high-formability galvanized steels for all applications, including outer panels for A class finish surfaces. Formability and deep-drawability range from reasonable (DX51) to excellent (DX57). DX56 and DX57 should suit the most difficult forming panel applications such as bodysides.

Steel for Forming (uncoated)
DC grades are low-strength high-formability uncoated steels, ranging in formability from DC01 to DC06. Automotive applications include outer panels, roofs, internal fittings, etc.
