F2F® - Forming to fatigue

Corus has developed an advanced durability analysis capability called F2F®. This capability takes account of the changes in material properties and thickness due to forming processes. This results in more accurate durability predictions.

CAE fatigue assessment of joint structures

Corus has co-developed two new CAE software modules enabling automotive engineers to assess the fatigue performance of rivited and laser welded joint structures. These two modules have been incorporated in the software package FE-Fatigue™ and are ready to be used.
